Mathematically speaking, a Harshad number in a given base is a positive integer divisible by the sum of its digits.
The definition of Harshad numbers were given by the Indian mathematician Dattatreya Ramachandra Kaprekar and the term Harshad comes from Sanskrit and means great joy. Sometimes we refer to these numbers as Niven numbers, in honor of the mathematician Ivan Morton Niven.
The purpose of this site is also to carry out experiments based on the study of Harshad numbers that are collected in the List of Numbers section.
It is further noted that all the numbers on this website are randomly generated, so any correspondence between them and your phone number is to be considered purely accidental.
